I'm sure there are a ton of concerns out there about allergies, these days, and also simple dietary restrictions. Hopefully this information will help.

Sugar Content: Though I cannot give you an exact idea of how much sugar is in any given cookie, I can tell you the following things: each batch of cookies (which is roughly 20 cookies) has about 167mL of sugar (two thirds of a cup). As for the frosting, the amount of icing for about one batch of cookies has approximately (this is a very rough estimate) 250mL (one cup) of powdered icing sugar. I hope this helps!

Nuts: My cookies are nut-free!

Artificial Colorings: My frosting does have (unless left white) artificial colorings in it. The cookies do not.

Artificial Flavorings: I try my best to use real flavorings, but there are occasions on which I will use a substitute. If this is an issue for you, please let me know when you order the cookies, and I will make sure to use only real flavorings for your order.
